6x6 Rapid Assault Vehicle - KIT PREVIEW!

Here it is - the first 6x6 Rapid Assault Vehicle to roll off of the assembly lines.

The complete kit will include everything shown here as well as two swappable hull weapons (a flame thrower and a machine gun) for $39.99.

The turret will be available separately for $14.99 with your choice of weapon.

These prices are subject to change but look good on paper so far and will hopefully represent the final price.

This is a direct only model.

  1. Well, not quite... it's going to be another week or two but they'll be up before Christmas.

  5. Im guessing 28mm scale? Awesome looking, though I wish it was 15mm

  6. 28mm for this one - though there are plans to do 15mm if this one sell well enough to recoup the expenses and pay for the 15mm conversion :)

  7. Any chance you'd be interested in selling "hull only" kits?

  8. I don't see why not, actually. I have a price workup on them so I'll get it posted when the rest goes live.

How will you be using just the hull? I'm curious to know what the converters will be doing :)

  9. I'm doing a Tyrant Legion (IA 9) list with as many non-gw models and parts as possible. I'm using just enough GW stuff to give the appearence of a 40k army, but trying to do the list through modeling rather than buying exclusively from GW. I've used a variety of GW-like models from Ramshackle Games, Chapterhouse, Wargames Factory and some FW. As I said, it's about the look, and since its "not a legal list" I don't think it matters much.

In terms of your hull, I have some knockoff AC anti-aircraft turrets I picked up at Rock-Con, and I want to use your wheeled tank as the basis for the hull and chassis. I used the Chapterhouse studio wheeled parts for my legion infantry transports.

Check out some of my later work: http://www.d-company-wi.com/forum35/2585.html

I like the turret, but I don't need it, which is why I am asking if it will be available separately.
