This very excellent squad of Ultramarines Scout Snipers was painted by UK commission painter Winterdyne - he has a thread on the RelicNews Forums talking about the techniques - and they are based on the Trench Works 25mm Round Bases.

I very much liked his terminators on your bigger trench bases he did (seen on SFM:UK) very nice work.
He does great work. I actually recomment clicking through to his forum thread to see the back of those capes.
He's posted them at SFM now and i'm nabbing the idea for my scouts lol great camo job too.
